Here's a login form I designed for a project but never used it. So I decided to share it as a freebie.

I’ve always liked these login forms on a blurred background and so I decided to design one myself when I was working on a project recently.

Login Form Details

I spent a few hours designing this form, because I wanted it to be perfect. I really focused on details, tried different backgrounds and colours and this is what I came up with.

Modifying This Freebie

You can change the blurred background image and the Sign In button and it will still look good. There are three different backgrounds already included in the Photoshop file. So you can experiment with these a little.
